Spectacular yacht with excellent performance, but had recently an engine room fire caused by an electrical shortcut. Engines and interior are good, but new wiring of engine room required, GRP repairs, painting, new upholstery, replacement of parts in the engine room are nessecary and cleanup of smoke and fire damage. Approx. costs for repair by local handworkers: € 120.000,-. The owner has started with repairing the yacht. The Sunseeker can be purchased in every desired condition.
